We like to see you happy with your purchase! If you are not, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order!
Please fill out the form below with your order number and request of either exchange or refund and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can with instructions on how to proceed. We don’t have full-time staff working on order processing, so it might take a few days…Thanks for your patience.
Please note that customized items and golden items can not be exchanged or refunded, as clearly stated on their product pages, unless you’ve received them in a damaged or faulty state.
With returning or exchanging an item shipping costs will be for the customer, unless items were received damaged or faulty.
With returning for a refund, only the price payed for the items will be refunded, not the shipping costs made, unless items were received damaged or faulty.
Exchanges or refunds on items are only accepted when they are returned to us undamaged, unworn and in their original jewelry boxes.
